Why
It is likely that that individual Client is either not in your Caseload, or you are working in a different Location.
Fix
You must be assigned to the same Location as your Client and the Client must be on your Caseload.
- Check your Caseload to assure that the Client is assigned to you.
- If your Client doesn't appear in the Available Clients column, you may not be assigned to the same Location. Check your Location to assure that you are assigned to the same Location.
- If you have access you may also use Global View to see Individuals from other locations.
