Why:
Most likely your Staff Profile is set to Audit View which is a limited view meant for Auditors who need to access the ShareNote Community system.
Fix:
- Click My Profile below the Navigation bar on right side of screen.
- Click Edit Staff Details.
- Scroll to Additional Information and Settings section.
- Deselect Set Audit View checkbox.
- Scroll back to the top and click Update.
- Finally, Log Out of ShareNote Community and log back in for settings to fully update.
If “Audit View” is not checked, please submit a Help Desk ticket or call us at 336-763-0622, so that we can further investigate.
