Users can import an Assessment from a previous Export. In order to do this, you must create a New Assessment that matches exactly (same Assessment, exported by same Staff, for same Client, from same computer).
Access Client Assessments
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
- Click on desired Client.
- Select Assessments from the Notes/Information section in the left menu.
Create New Assessment
IMPORTANT: Create a new Assessment to match exactly with the assessment you want to upload.
- Click Select Category and select appropriate Assessment Category.
- Click Select Assessment and select appropriate Assessment. New Assessment will open.
Import Assessment
- Expand Pre-Fill From File section at the top of Assessment.
- Click Choose File and select the previously exported file from your computer.
- Click Open.
- Previously saved information will populate to each field.
- Complete the Assessment.
