Why:
Your Staff Profile is set to Audit View. Audit View is a limited view intended for auditors when they need access to the ShareNote Community system.
Fix:
- Click My Profile below Navigation bar on right side of the screen.
- Click Edit Staff Details.
- Scroll to Additional Information and Settings session.
- Deselect Set Audit View checkbox.
- Scroll back to the top and click Update.
- Finally, Log Out of ShareNote Community and log back in for settings to fully update.
