When adding a new Client, you will add their Insurance/Funding Source information. However, you can add and edit the Insurance/Funding Source after the Client has been added. Taking care that this information is entered in correctly and as it appears with insurance will help ensure that your claims do not get rejected.

View Insurance/Funding Source
After a Client has been added, you can view their Insurance/Funding Source from their Client Details.
Note: The Insurance/Funding Source on the Client Details page is view only.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
- Open appropriate Client. This will bring you to the Client Details page.
- Scroll down to the Insurance/Funding Information section. Here you can view the Client's information at a glance.
