This guide walks through how to set up your account to receive Payspan Remittance Advice inside ShareNote Community. When you have set up your FTP Mailbox be sure to email your User Name and Password to our billing department.

Setup Enrollment
- Log in to Availity.
- Click on Enrollments Center link in your My Account Dashboard on the right side of the screen.
- Click Transaction Enrollment.
- Click Enroll drop-down and select Enroll a Provider.
- Enter your Company Information.
- Enter Provider Contact Information.
- Click Continue.
- Add Payer and click Continue.
- Select Electronic Remittance Advice and click Continue.
- Agree to Terms and Conditions.
- Click Submit Enrollments.
Set Up FTP Mailbox
- Return to Home Page and select FTP and EDI Connection Services.
- Select Manage Your FTP Mailbox.
- Create Your Account with a User Name and Password.
- Click Create Credentials.
- Confirm Credentials Creation.
- Email a ShareNote Community Billing Specialist your FTP User Name and Password. claims@sharenote.com
