Below is a glossary of each field of the Managers tab that you will utilize on a regular basis. To access the items below, hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select the appropriate tab from the drop-down.
- Client Manager - Manage Client charts and data.
- Client Audit Log - Allows Administrators to see who viewed or made changes to a Client Profile.
- Staff Manager - Manage Staff Profiles.
- Staff Plan Notes - Enter and view Staff Supervision documentation.
- Staff Audit Log - Allows Administrators to see who viewed or made changes to a Staff Profile.
- Reports Manager - Search for Client and Staff Reports.
- File Manager - The Global File Manager is accessible to all Staff.
- Client File Manager - Client specific File Manager. You must have access to the Client to view their files.
- Services Manager - Add, edit, and review Services.
- Services Manager Audit Log - Track and view changes to Services Manager.
- Lists Manager - Manage Certifications, Client Requirements, Service Locations, Service Delivered.
- New Goal Manager - Add and edit Generic and Group Goals.
- Teams Manager - Create and manage Teams of Staff and Clients.
- Service Authorizations - Add, manage, and pull Reports for Prior Authorizations.
- Qualitative Service Review
- Calendar/Scheduler - Manage the clinical calendar. Must have Scheduler Manager rights in Staff Profile.
- Direct Billing - Manage Billing Submissions, Transaction History and Claim Reconciliation.

Preferences - Manage system specific settings to customize ShareNote Community setup, such as:
- Note Preferences
- Maximum Service Unit/Frequency
- Task Manager - Assign Tasks to Staff that will appear on their Dashboard. Manage previously assigned tasks.
