Once an EPCS Coordinator is added, that Coordinator can add Providers. As soon as a Provider is added they will be able to ePrescribe non-controlled substances in ShareNote Community.

Add an ePrescribing Provider in Dosespot
- Click Subscription Manager tab.
- Select ePRESCRIBING and then Find out more.
- Click + Add New eRX User.
- Select appropriate User Type.
- Prescriber

Proxy User - Users that can add patients, pre-fill prescriptions, etc. but cannot send prescriptions. There can be an unlimited number of proxy users.
Note: There is no fee associated with proxy users.
- And/or EPCS Coordinator
- Select desired Staff name.
- Click Add User.
Once you have added an ePrescribing Provider, that Provider will automatically be able to ePrescribe non-controlled substances within ShareNote Community.
In order for that Provider to prescribe controlled substances in ShareNote Community, a Provider must complete the Identity Proofing process. EPCS Coordinators can initiate the Identity Proofing process after the Provider has been entered. Learn how to do so in the articles below.
