My Reminders/Tasks is a section on your Dashboard where you can quickly access and manage your personal To-Do list, as well as tasks that were assigned to you by others.
Create Reminder/Task
- From the Dashboard, scroll to the My Reminders/Tasks section.
- Enter the Reminder Name or Description.
- Select a Due Date.
- Optional - Check the High Priority? checkbox. This adds two red exclamation points to tasks to indicate priority.
- Click Add.
Note: Any tasks you create for yourself are private and only visible to you.
- Access your Task Manager to view a full list of your reminders or tasks, or create and assign new tasks.
View and Complete Reminders/Tasks
Tasks are listed in the order they were created. To the right of the task/reminder there will be a countdown tracking the number of days remaining until it is due. Red tasks indicate that it is overdue.
- Check the box of appropriate task.
- Click Complete Checked Tasks.
- The status will change to "complete", and a message stating that it was successfully completed will appear.
Note: Completing a task that was assigned to you by someone else will automatically send them a message notifying them that the task has been completed.
- To delete tasks, select the checkbox of the task(s) and click Delete Checked Tasks.
Note: Completing a task will not remove it from your list, you will need to manually delete it to remove.
