There are two ways that you can create a Client Appointment, from the Calendar and from the Client Profile. Any Event/Appointment Type where you select a Client will appear in Appointments under their Client Profile.

From Calendar
- Click the Calendar icon just below the navigation bar.
- Click the Date for Appointment.
- Enter Event Information (see below).
From Client Profile
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
- Select the appropriate Client.
- Click Appointments from the General section on the left side menu.
- All Client Appointments will display.
- Click Add Appointment.
- Enter Appointment Information.

Depending on where you are creating this Appointment from, options display in pop up window will differ.
- **Appointment Description or Name.
- Start and End Date/Time.

Event Type - Select Client Event if it doesn't default.
- If you create from Calendar, it is best practice to select Client Event or related event.
- Group Event checkbox - Group Events can be used for organization events or group Client appointments.
- **Staff - Select Staff Member(s). This links the appointment/event to desired Staff, and will then display in their Calendar and Alert Center.
- Clients - Required field if Event Type is Client related. This links the appointment to desired Client Profile.
- Status - Refer to your Organization's best practice Status.
- Services - Required field if Event Type is Client Related.
- Setting
- Recurrence - Select if you want this to be a recurring Appointment.
- Alert - Select to receive an alert in the Alert Center before Appointment.
- Comments
- Click Add Appointment or Save Event button.
