Before you get started, take a look at the Appointment Reminder Overview to understand the different types of Appointment Reminders.
Email Reminders are free and are always enabled. On the Email tab you can select when these Reminders go out.
NOTE: Email Reminders come from the email address listed in your Organization's Settings.
- Click the Subscription Manager tab in the navigation bar.
- Click Manage beside Appt. Reminders in the Add-On section.
- Click Email tab.
- Select when the Email Reminder will send.
- Preview the Email Message that will be sent to Client on right.
- Click Save Email Reminder Settings.
