- Those in offices trying to run multiple video sessions simultaneously will be limited in speed as well.
- Sit closer to the router and/or plug your device directly into the router.
- If the connection drops, refresh your screen or leave the session and start again.
- Keep a power cord nearby or have your device plugged in; streaming uses a lot of battery power.
- Test your internet bandwidth: www.bandwidthplace.com A single-digit number in download/upload is on the slow side. Lower than three may result in decreased performance. For the most accurate results, run this bandwidth test while engaging in a video session to closely match bandwidth usage you will experience during a Telehealth Session.
- Have a backup plan in place if the power goes out or the internet is unreliable.
