The contact Log allows users to document incidental client contacts that were not scheduled sessions. Examples of these contacts include phone calls, text messages, emails, no-shows or canceled appointments, etc.

Access Content Log
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and click Client Manager from the drop-down.
- To view the Contact Log in a general list format, scroll down to the chart that contains the list of Clients. Scroll to the right, and then click on the Contact Log Details icon located in the Contact Log column.
- The Contact Log Details icon will bring you to a pop-up window with that client's Contact Log List.
- For a more detailed version of the Contact Log, click on the client's name. This will bring you to the Client's Profile page. Then click Contact Log from the Client Manager panel on the left.
Add New Entry
- After clicking on Contact Log Click Add New Entry.
- Fill in the appropriate fields.
- Click Add Log Entry.
Add Hospitalization or Leave
- From the Client Profile page, select Hospitalization/Leave from the Client Manager panel on the left.
- Fill in the information pertaining to that client's leave.
- Click Add.
