In order for a client to better understand their diagnosis, you can print out or share the definition and additional information about the diagnosis with the client by following the below steps.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Client Manager from the drop-down menu.
- Select the desired Client.
- Select Diagnosis/Problems from the Notes/Information section in the menu on the left.
- Under Actions click the View Patient Education Materials icon.
- This will bring you to a detailed description of the Diagnosis for you to view or print.
