September 21, 2023 18:35 Updated Permissions: Location supervisor or access to list manager. Administrators are able to reset a client's PIN from inside the Client Profile. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Client Manager from the drop-down. Select appropriate Client. Scroll down to the Other section on the side menu bar, and click Client Signatures. Click Forgot PIN? If the client is with the provider they can enter in the answer to their security question, and click Show PIN to view their PIN number. If the client forgot the answer to their security question, click Reset PIN. Note: If they forget the answer again, the PIN number will change each time they click Reset PIN.
