It is critical to protect a client's Protected Health Information (PHI). Below are the steps to keep this sensitive information private when communicating with ShareNote Community Support.
Important: When communicating with Support never put the client's PHI in the message. This includes their name, date of birth, etc.
- To protect a client's PHI, use their ID number when referring to that client.
- To locate the client's ID number, hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
- Search the Client Name or locate the appropriate client in the list. The ID number is located on the left.
- Copy and paste the ID number into your chat with Support when referring to a that client.
