The Service Note Date Lock allows you to manage the number of days a user can go back to submit a new note. The number of days that are set impacts all staff no matter their access level or client.

Manage Number of Days
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Preferences from the drop-down.
- Scroll down to the Service Note Date Lock section and expand it.
- Add the number of days you would like to allow.
- Select the Lock Type. Full Lock will override everything for all staff, no matter what number is stated in their staff profile. Selective Lock follows the number of days in the individual staff profile.
- When completed, click Lock Service Note Date.
View Current Number of Days in your Profile
- Click the My Profile icon below the navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the General ShareNote Community Settings section in the Details tab.
- The number is stated in the # of Days for Late Note (Lock) row.
