Follow the steps below to set up your notifications so that when a note is in a completed state it will save the current copy in the Client File Manager.

- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Preferences from the drop-down.
- Locate the Note Preferences section and expand it.
- Scroll down and check the Save PDF copy of note to Client File Manager on completed/signed note box.
- Click Update.
