Your ShareNote Community Invoice reflects the previous 30 days of service. Your invoice includes information such as the quantity, unit price of the user licenses, Wiley or RCM services and other subscriptions if applicable, as well as information about any changes to your subscriptions and licenses that took place during that period.

Understanding your Invoice
The top portion of your invoice includes the invoice amount, payment method, and billing information. The bottom portion includes detailed descriptions of each line item included in that month's statement including any changes made to your subscriptions or licenses during that time period.

What if changes where made during a billing period?
Any changes that occur during a billing period (i.e. increase or decrease in number of licenses, subscriptions, etc.) will be reflected in the related line item amount.
Changes to the number of licenses during a billing period can get confusing, but if there was a decrease in users or unused time, you will see a credit back in the Amount column.
