You can access and sign documents from your Patient Portal. When you have a document to review and sign from your Provider, you will receive an email (see image below) alerting you that there is a new document that requires attention. You can access your Patient Portal from the link within the email or however you usually access your Portal, then follow the steps below to access and sign your documents.
