A Goal tells the story of how a treatment plan has been utilized in the time that it was being utilized with a Client. It is the best practice that when you need to update information about a goal, objective, or intervention that you update the history to better show the story of the treatment plan, do not edit the information.
Important: Editing the goal allows you to modify or correct the existing Goal. To make changes, update the history instead of edit.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.

- Open the appropriate Client.

- Click Client Goals in the Notes/Information section in the left menu.

|
- Click Manage Goals.
|
|
- To update the goal, objective, or intervention click Add New Goal History, Add New Objective History, or Add New Intervention History in the section that you are making updates to.

- Enter the Target and Review Date.
|
|
- Click the Current Status drop-down, and select the appropriate status from the list.
|
- Enter the Justification for the continuation or discontinuation of the goal, intervention, or objective.

- Click Add Goal History when finished.
