The Client Map is a tool that can help you map out your day if you are out in the field. It links to Google Maps to show you where all the Client's on your caseload are located. Administrators can also use it as a tool to assign caseloads based on Client location.
Note: It is linked to the physical address that is listed on the Client Details page.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
- In the Action Filters Section, click View Caseload Map.
- The Client map will display.
Note: It is an interactive map, so you can hover over the different pins for more detailed information.
