If you receive an error message stating that there is an invalid date range under the Insurance Information section while adding a New Client, check the Effective and Expiration Date. The date range must be between 1/1/1900 and 6/6/2079. Any date outside of that range will result in an error message, and the Client will not be successfully added into the system.
