Cumulative Time Maximum |
Manage your limitations for the maximum amount of Time that can be spent on a Service during a given time period (Day, Week, Month, etc.). |

Note Business Hours |
The Business Hours restriction will only apply to notes tracking time by "actual time spent". |
Billing Preferences |

Alert Preferences |
Select which Staff will be directly notified for the Client's Last Seen Alert. |
Service Authorization Alerts |

Calendar/Scheduler |
Select your default start and end times for your work day in the Calendar. |
Client Requirement Alerts |
Select which Staff will be directly notified for the Client Requirement Alert. When Client Requirements reach the designated time frame before expiration, these staff will be notified. |

Assessment Preferences |

Time Clock Manager |
Assign specific staff as Time Clock Manager which allows that staff member to view and edit the times and other staff (Location Administrators already have this ability). |
Manage Note Reviewers |
Assign Staff as a Note Reviewer. Reviewers will receive notification when new notes are submitted. |
