Client Requirements allows you to build a task list of items that need to be completed between intake and discharge. You can fill in as much or as little information as is needed for the particular requirements. The below instructions show how to add Client Requirements and what the various fields mean.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Lists Manager from the drop-down.
- Click the Client Requirements tab.
- Click Add New Requirement.
- Add the Requirement name.
- Enter the Start Date.
- Number of Days After Start Date indicates when it is due in relation to the start date.
- The Mandatory? checkbox indicates if the requirement is mandatory prior to writing a Note or making a Note mandatory before the requirement.
- Check and Select any Assessments or Documents the requirement is associated with. If checked, it will be automatically marked complete.
- Indicate if it is Contingent upon another Requirement.
- If the requirement is recurring, set the number of days it should reoccur.
- The Note Required to Complete? box is used if the above information needs to be completed or a Note needs to be submitted for the Client.
Note: This is different from checking that the requirement is mandatory.
- Add a related Service Code.
- Select if it is Associated w/Funding Source.
- Set specific Age Criteria. It defaults to "All Ages".
- Select a specific Location.
- Click Add Requirement when finished.
