Welcome to ShareNote Community Implementation, we're happy you are here! Below are the action items to be completed prior to your first Implementation Session.
Important: Please make sure to remove pop-up blockers so that you are able to access support.
- Bring a notebook and pen to create a ShareNote Community journal to take notes during your trainings.
- Reach out to MCO's or Payers to verify which services you are credentialed to render.
- Confirm/determine from your MCO or State Department of Health what they define as Rendering NPI and Taxonomy.
- If you are going to use ShareNote Community for billing purposes, set up your Availity and/or Payspan accounts.
- Fill in your ERA enrollment template.
- Log in to your account.
- Set your new password.
- Determine the type of notes your agency will be utilizing.
- Add a test client in ShareNote Community. Go to Client Profile, click Assessments from the menu on the left and review the documents provided.
- Determine if you need customized or state required documents.
- Create your Zendesk account. This is where you can access the Support Center and create tickets.
