In order for a Client to access their Patient Portal, you will need to provide them with their log in credentials. You are also able to generate a temporary password for the Client, and add Authorized Users. Please direct your Clients to their myHealth Patient Portal Introduction Letter so that they can access and better understand how to use their Patient Portal.

Patient Portal Credentials
If the Client is set up with a Patient Portal, their credentials will display. If they are not set up, you will see a prompt to Generate Credentials.

Add Authorized Users
If the Client would like family members to have access to their Patient Portal records, the Client will need to communicate that to their Provider, and the Provider will enter in that information.
