The Client Dashboard provides a snapshot of the Client's ShareNote Community account, as well as providing access to their Patient Portal and credentials.
Access Client Dashboard
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
- Open appropriate Client.
- Click Client Dashboard from the General section of the menu on the left.
Dashboard Overview
- The Event Feed shows recent events that have happened to that Client's account such as who last viewed their profile, assessments that were created, changes to their profile, etc.

- To add or change the Client Photo, click the image and select the appropriate photo.

- The Client Overview provides pertinent information about their account and policy.

Upcoming Appointment shows information about any upcoming appointments.

Patient Portal Access provides their account credentials to their Patient Portal.

Authorized Users shows the family members that Client has allowed to have access to their Patient Portal records.

Add New User is where you add the Client's approved family members.
