Setting the Audit View is used to allow anyone who needs to access a Providers account for an audit. Please note that if you enter into Audit View or exit out of Audit View, you must log out and then log back in for the change to take place.
Important: Do not Set Audit View for all Providers, only set it for an auditor's account, or one designated staff member.
Jump to Section: [Set Audit View] [Add New Auditor Account]
Set Audit View
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Staff Manager from the drop-down.
- Open appropriate Client.
- Click Edit Staff Details.
- Scroll down to the Additional Information & Settings section.
- Check the Set Audit View? box.
Note: This should not be selected for all Staff members as it will limit them to the tasks they can accomplish in ShareNote Community.
- Scroll back to the top of the page and click Update.
- Any staff/Provider that is in Audit mode will have a thin red border around their profile picture.
- If using an account specifically for auditors, you may wish to add Clients to their Caseload depending on what the auditors request.
Add New Auditor Account
ShareNote Community recommends purchasing an additional ShareNote Community user license to create a profile just for auditors with a recommended role of Lead Counselor. You can then share the credentials with the auditors, and have them select Forgot Password to generate a new password each time. They should be assigned a location and caseload of what the auditor is requesting.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Staff Manager from the drop-down.
- Click Add New Staff Member.
- Fill out the Staff Profile, then scroll to the bottom and click Add New Staff.
