Permissions: Supervisor or Administrator is required.
Supervisors or Administrators can add Staff Members to ShareNote Community and elect if they would like to generate the Welcome Email containing their username and temporary password. Fill in the fields containing a red asterisk. Additional information can be added to the Staff Profile after creation.

- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Staff Manager from the drop-down.

- Click Add New Staff Member.
Note: Next to this button, you can see the number of remaining licenses available. This can be modified in Preferences if needed.

- Enter their NPI and click Search NPI Registry. If their NPI is found, their information will automatically populate. If not found, manually add their information.

- In the Associate With Current Location Only? drop-down, we recommend selecting NO, do not associate this user with current location only, and add their location(s) in their staff profile.

- Use the Send Welcome Email? to indicate if you would like them to receive a welcome email with their username and temporary password.
Note: If you select NO, please provide them with their Username another way.

- Enter their Username.
Note: We recommend using the same username structure that was given when your agency was formed. For example: "company abbreviation + . + first initial + last name".

- Click Add New Staff.
