There are five default Client Status' that cannot be removed: Active, Discharged, Inactive/client denied services, Medical Leave, and pending. Follow the steps below to add, edit or delete a Client Status.

Add a Client Status
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Lists Manager from the drop-down.
- Click the Client Status tab.
- Enter the Status Title.
- Click Add to List.
- You will receive a green confirmation stating that it was successfully added and it will now appear in the list.
Edit Client Status
- Click the Pencil icon to the right of the status.
- Make the needed change.
- Click Update.
Delete Client Status
- Click the Trash icon to the right of the status.
- Confirm you would like to delete the status in the pop-up window.
