- Imports of Clients and Staff can only be performed by Assigned Administrator or Location Administrator rolls inside of preferences. Make a list of who in your agency will be assigned to these roles.
- Perform eligibility checks on your clients to ensure you have all current client data (Home address, policy numbers, funding sources etc.).
- Identify if your MCO requires a staff roster. If so, please ensure all staff has been added to that roster prior to creating staff profiles in ShareNote Community.
- If you intend to bill through ShareNote Community, complete ERA Enrollments template within 48 hours.
