Supervisors or Administrators can import Staff Members to ShareNote Community. Using a Staff Import Template you are able to enter basic Staff information and then upload into ShareNote Community. Additional information can be added to the Staff Profile after creation.

Download Staff Template
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Preferences from the drop-down.
- Expand Account Details section.
- Click Import Staff link.
- Click Download Staff Template button and open the Staff Template Excel document.
Fill In Template
- Open the downloaded Staff Template Excel Document.
- Fill in columns for your Staff Members.
NOTE: There are 4 mandatory fields - First and Last Name, Gender, and Primary Fund Source. The rest of the fields are optional.
- First Name (Required)
- Last Name (Required)
- Middle Name
- Marital Status
- Address - Street Address
- City
- State - 2 letter abbreviation, ie. NC
- Gender (Required)
- DOB - Date of Birth - xx/xx/xxxx
- Position (Required)
- Phone
- Mobile
- SSN - Social Security Number
- Drivers License #
- Drivers License State - 2 letter abbreviation, ie. NC
- Full/Part Time
- Hire Date - xx/xx/xxxx
- Once you have added all Staff Information. Save the Template to your Computer.
Upload Staff Template to ShareNote Community
As soon as you successfully upload Staff Members a Welcome email will be sent to them with login credentials and information.
- Navigate back to Account Details section of the Preferences page.
- Click Import Staff link.
- Click Choose Staff field in the Upload Staff Template section.
- Select the Staff Template you saved in the last section.
- Click Upload Staff Template button.

You will either receive a green confirmation box if the Import was successful OR a red failure box if the Import was unsuccessful.
- If your Import failed, fix the lines provided, save the Template again and re-upload.
