- Create a list of staff certifications, staff licensure’s, and place of services.
- Create a list of the agency’s most utilized client statuses and agency’s services.
- Identify agency’s appointment scheduler’s, note reviewers (if note review process is used), clinical director and biller/billing staff.
- Determine if you will be utilizing ShareNote Community's time clock to track start/end time of each work day.
- Identify who will be updating your agency’s bulletin board.
- Establish whether your agency will use a note review process or allow staff to lock and sign notes upon submission.
- Identify your note reviewer.
- Determine the number of days staff will be allowed to sign notes: either after date of service or after a note has been reviewed and approved.
- Determine the number of days staff will be allowed to submit a note for a past date of service.
- Determine if the agency will be utilizing the Patient Portal. If so, enter clients email address in the Client Details.
- Determine if the agency will be utilizing the eligibility feature check within ShareNote Community (make a list of which staff members will be allowed to perform eligibility checks).
- Identify if parent/guardian signatures will be required for treatment plans and/or assessments.
- Share with your staff which note type caseworkers/clinicians will be utilizing at your agency.
