When running a report, it is important to select the information in the order that is directed below. If you do not select certain categories in the correct order your report will not display accurate results.

Filter Reports
You can filter some of the Report results in ascending or descending order by clicking the desired category. For example, if you want to filter by Client ID, click Client ID. This will change the order of the list, and the arrow will indicate if it is in ascending or descending order.
Group Reports
After you have run your report, you can group sections of the report together.
- Click and hold the heading of the report you would like to group and drag it just below the bar that says "Drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column" until you see the two arrows in the top left corner of the report chart, then release.
- If you see a Blue Ribbon that means that it was successfully grouped. If you do not see the blue ribbon, it did not group.
- Click Clear Groupings to remove any groupings you have created.
