Below are the updates and improvements that were rolled out in the 03/02/2023 product release.
New
Reports Manager - Added two new reports, the Lifestyle Report, and Health Report.
Note Center - When a note is billed and receives a clearinghouse rejection, the notes billing status will update from Ebilled/Sent to Rejected.
Improvement
Reports Manager - Updated the General Information Report to now include the Primary Care Physician.
Note Trashing - This was a popular request, so we updated the access levels allowed by default to trash a note. Location Admin will have this access by default. Otherwise, Location Supervisors, Assigned Supervisors and Lead Counselors can be given access to trash notes by going to preferences.

Support Tickets
Time Clock - The issue with Location Admin not being able to edit time or custom clock has been resolved.
Note Center - Export to Excel is no longer rounding the service rate or billing rate.
Revenue Cycle Management/VQ8 - Updates were made to the Charge Location and Data optimization for VQ8.
General Support Tickets
