Permissions: To see Eligibility Checks, you must have this turned on. Create a Support Ticket if you do not have access.
You can check Client Eligibility for insurance when adding a New Client, for individual Clients, or as a batch for multiple Clients at once.
New Client Eligibility Check
You are able to check Client Eligibility while adding a new Client.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.

- Click Add New Client.

- Click Check Client Eligibility.
|
|
- Fill in the fields in the pop-up window, then click Check Eligibility.
|
|
- You will receive the information on their eligibility within two hours.

Individual Client Eligibility Check
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.

- Open appropriate Client
|
- Under the General section of the left menu, click Eligibility Checks.
|
|
- Click Eligibility Check.
|
|
- Fill in the fields in the pop-up window, then click Check Eligibility.
|
|
- You will receive the information on their eligibility within two hours.

Eligibility Checks for Multiple Clients
To run a batch Client Eligibility Check, you must have eligibility profiles created. Please contact Support to initiate this process.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.

- Check the box(s) of the Clients you want to view, or check the box next to ID to select all Clients.

- Scroll up to the Verify Eligibility box.
Note: This area of ShareNote will time out to remain HIPAA compliant. If you do not see this section, log out and log back in.

- Enter the Date of Service Start and Date of Service End.
|
- Click Verify Eligibility.
