CAP: Sign & Print CAP Note Monthly Grid (ShareNote)

  Permissions: Each staff may view their Notes. Lead Counselors and above can review Notes for all staff assigned to them.

See your EOR or Supervisor for your organizations Note review and editing policy.

1. Hover over the Note Center tab in the navigation bar, and select CAP Notes from the drop-down.
2. Select the Sign & Print Reports tab.
3. Adjust Search Filters.
4. Click Get Report.
   
5. Click on Sign Report.
6. Agree to Attestation Statement.
7. Enter PIN.
8. Choose Signing Date and Time.
9. Click Apply Signature to Note.
