Permissions: Lead Counselor Manager and above. Location Users will need to be granted access.
You can add Client's individually by following the steps below. Once the Client is initially created, additional Client information will need to be entered. While Authorizations are not initially required, we recommend entering Prior Authorizations and restricting services for Clients before submitting your Billing profile. Note: To submit a Client Note, you must have at least one goal present. To learn more about Goals see Add Client Goal, Objective, and Intervention documentation.

- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Client Manager from the drop-down.

- Click Add A New Client.
Note: Please make sure that this client has not already been added and is not visible due to restrictions such as Location or Caseload.

- Enter the Client's Personal Information. All fields are required unless otherwise noted on the page.
Note: If there is no current Funding Source or you don't have the Funding Source information, enter random information for the time being. Be sure to update this information in the Client Profile when you have the appropriate information.

- Enter Home Address (optional)- set the toggle to ON if the client's physical address is different from their home address.

- Add the Program Information.

- Add the Insurance Information.
Important: When entering the Effective and Expiration Date, the date range must be between 1/1/1900 and 6/6//2079. Any date outside that range will result in an error, and the Client will not be successfully added.

- Next is the Referring Information. The Referral Source and Referring Provider are optional fields.

- Select the Assigned Location using the drop-down.
Important: Do not toggle on Add client to my caseload when adding a new Client. If you do, that particular Client will be the only Client that appears on your caseload.

- When completed, click Add New Client.
