IMPORTANT: Primary Diagnosis (DX) must be present in order to bill and may be required to submit documentation.

Access Client
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
- Click on desired Client.
Add Diagnosis
- Select Diagnosis/Problems from left menu.
- Locate Add Diagnosis section.
- Enter Diagnosis Date.
- Enter DX into Diagnosis Search field and click the icon.
- Select Diagnosis from populated list.
- Click Add Diagnosis.
- DX will appear in the List of Current Diagnoses at the top.
- Use arrows to move the Primary DX into the first position.
Note: The DX in the first position will be the Primary DX.
