As a Subscription Manager, you are able to view an audit of all Reminders and replies. You can view by Client.
- Click Subscription Manager tab in the navigation bar.
- Click Manage beside Appt. Reminders in the Add-On section.
- Click Audit Log tab.
- Filter Audit Log using date filters at top. By default it displays the current month.
- Read Reminder Audit Log:
- Client - You can click on the Client name to drill into the Client Reminder and Response details.

Text Sent - From ShareNote Community to Client. This includes Appointment Reminders AND Therapist replies from the Client Reminder Logs.
NOTE: If a text message is over 160 characters it will be counted as two text messages.
- Text Received - Client Replies to Appointment Reminders. This includes standard and non-standard replies.
- Text Total - Text Sent plus Text Received.
- Phone Total - Total number of minutes.
