If you have enabled to receive non-standard Text Reponses to Appointment Reminders, the Staff/Therapist will receive a text when a Client enters a response other than Confirm, Cancel, or Stop.
To view and respond, go to the Client's Reminder Logs.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
- Click on desired Client.
- Select Reminder Logs from the General section of the left menu.
- All Client responses to Appointment Text Reminders will display.
- Click Text {Client Name} or the Reply icon.
- Enter in message and click Send Text.
