After the Services have been added into ShareNote Community you can create Groups of Services to quickly add to a Client or Staff Profile. For example, you could group together all services related to a certain certification or diagnosis. Services that are in a Group can still be added or removed individually if desired.

Group Client Services Together
- Hover over the Managers tab in the Navigation Bar and select Client Manager.
- Click on desired Client.
- Select Services from Notes/Information left menu.
- Click Services Groups Manager link.
- Scroll down to Client Services Groups section, and click Add New Group for Clients button.
- Enter Group Name.
- Select checkbox for all desired Services you wish to add to this Group.
- Click Add Client Services Group button when complete.
Group Staff Services Together.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the Navigation Bar and select Staff Manager.
- Click Services tab.
- Click Services Groups Manager link.
- In Staff Services Groups section, click Add New Group for Clients button.
- Enter Group Name.
- Select checkbox for all desired Services you wish to add to this Group.
- Click Add Client Services Group button when complete.
