Before you start your ShareNote Community Billing Setup, you will want to verify your Services (CPT and HCPCS Codes). This is important as this information will pull into your Billing Setup. You need to ensure that the Services that you are credentialed to render are listed and active. If a Service you are credentialed to render is missing from the list, you will want to add it.

IMPORTANT: It is important to verify that all Services you provide have been added to the Service Manager prior to submitting your Billing Profile.

Access Services Manager
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Services Manager from the drop-down.
- All of the Active Services will display.
- Review Active Services.
- At the top, click the Show drop-down to select how many services you would like to display at a time.
- Click Next to scroll through Services.
Deactivate a Service
- Click the red dot
icon and confirm deactivation.
- The Service will now be listed on the Inactive Service list.
- To access the Inactive Services, select the Show Inactive Services checkbox.
Activate a Service
- Select the Show Inactive Services checkbox.
- Click the green dot
icon to Activate a Service.
- The Service will now be listed as Active.
