If a Client is hospitalized or experiences a leave of any kind, you can document the details of the leave and the specific amount of time they will be unavailable.
Add a Hospitalization or Leave
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and click Client Manager from the drop-down.
- Scroll down to the chart that includes the list of clients.
- Select the Client Name you wish to add the hospitalization or leave.
- Click Hospitalization/Leave from the Client Manager menu on the left.
- Enter in the pertinent information regarding the leave, then click Add.
- You can also access the Client Leave Logs from this screen to view any past leaves or hospitalizations that may have occurred.
