You are able to reset a client's Patient Portal password by following the steps below.

Note: If a client has not been set up with a Patient Portal, you will not be able to do the above steps. To set them up, scroll down to the Patient Portal Access section, then click Generate Credentials. This will generate the client's username, and email them their password. You can then direct them to https://myhealth.sharenote.com to access their Patient Portal. |
