The Note Status Pie Chart provides a global view of the status of notes and the total number of hours for each client. All staff are able to view the Note Status Pie Chart based off of their caseload. Follow the below steps to access the pie chart.
- Hover over Note Center in the navigation bar, locate PIE Notes from the drop-down, and select PIE Note Center from the drop-down.
- Check the Global Notes View box, then set the date range you would like to view.
- Scroll down to the Notes/Activity Log section, then click the Note Status Pie Chart tab.
- Scroll down to the Note Status section to view the pie chart and the hours (hrs.).
