The Main tab in the Navigation bar allows you to access the Dashboard, Alert Center, Blog, User Voice, Support Center, and Executive Dashboard. See below for information about these pages.
- Dashboard - The main page that includes information about your agency, caseload, appointments, communications, and much more. Each user's dashboard is unique based on the information you need to access in the system.
- Alert Center - Contains alerts for Authorizations, Certifications, Goals, Clients Not Seen, Incident Reports, and Client Requirements.
- Blog - Contains the latest news and articles about ShareNote Community.
- User Voice - A space where you can provide us with ideas you have or vote on ideas that others have suggested.
- Support Center - The ShareNote Community Knowledge Base, which includes videos and articles to help you learn more about ShareNote Community, answer your questions, or troubleshoot a problem.
- Executive Dashboard - Allows you to view the number of clients and specific demographic data about the clients your agency serves. The Executive Dashboard can also serve as a marketing tool that allows you to see who could benefit from your agency's services. Access this article to learn more.
