Why
There are two reason why this might occur:
- Inactivity: If you have not accessed the ShareNote Community ePrescribing system in some time, it will set your account to inactive.
- If you have not completed the Identity Verification and are trying to prescribe controlled substances.
Fix
Both are security features in place to protect the Prescriber. Complete your Identify Verification or send us a Help Desk ticket and let us know that you’re receiving this message so that we can get your account reactivated.
