In the event that a Client has multiple diagnoses, you must select a primary diagnosis. The primary diagnosis will appear on all Client Claims. Claims may be rejected if there is not a primary diagnosis listed.
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
- Open the appropriate Client.
- Click Diagnosis/Problems from the Notes/Information section on the left.
- The Client's Diagnoses will display. The Primary Diagnosis is first in the list with the secondary diagnosis listed after.
- To set a diagnosis as the Primary Diagnosis, click the arrows to move the diagnosis up or down on the list. Once the page reloads, the diagnosis will have moved in the direction you selected. Continue to use the arrows until the desired diagnosis is listed first.
